Justin S. Linefsky

Justin is a Long Island native, receiving all education, training, and experience in the New York educational and healthcare systems. Justin attended Stony Brook University for undergraduate studies in Psychology. He began work immediately upon graduation (2006) at Mercy Medical Center on Long Island. In his career at Mercy, Justin worked a rotation in all behavioral health units associated with the hospital including inpatient, outpatient and residential settings. After graduating with a Master of Social Work degree from Adelphi University, Justin was promoted to Quality Assurance Specialist, with associated oversight of the outpatient mental health, partial hospital and addiction recovery units. Then in 2012, Justin was offered an opportunity to work with the Department of Defense on the Dover Air Force Base.
In November 2012, Justin relocated to Dover and officially began working as the Special Needs Coordinator and Director of the Exceptional Family Member Program at the Dover Air Force Base 436th Medical Group. In mid-2015, Justin was offered a contract by the state Behavioral Health Consultant Program under the Delaware Department of Prevention Behavioral Health Services (Department of Services for Children, Youth, and Their Families), tasked with monitoring and responding to the clinical needs of the student body (grades 6-8, ~1000 students).
Finally, and most importantly, Justin is a dedicated husband and proud father. He enjoys spending his time with his family at aquariums and zoos as well camping, hiking, fishing, exploring, and taking in local Delaware attractions.
